Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing

Every mask is made to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times

• US, UK, EU, Australia & Canada: 8–15 days after processing. Duties and import taxes are included (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Other countries: delivery may take longer, and local import duties or taxes may apply.

Tracking

We ship with tracked carriers such as YunExpress, UBI and Yanwen. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Your address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us with your order number. We'll check the tracking and open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your parcel, please check your mailbox, front door, neighbours and local post office first. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier. We can't replace parcels that tracking confirms were delivered to the address provided at checkout.
